Return Policy

All items of morimori are brand new and genuine, and all items will be carefully checked before being sent out. Item(s)/preorder item(s) sold is/are not refundable. Ordered item(s) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

- The item(s) to be exchanged must meet sellable condition, together with the original packaging, tag and lables

- Excluded items such as socks, food, seasoning products are not eligible for exchange

- Exchange request is only available on size exchange

- If no size available for exchange, item exchange is used as a substitute for size exchange 

-Shipping fee for exchange service will be charged

In addition, due to differences in mobile phone / computer display screens, morimori cannot guarantee that the true color of the item(s) is the same as the color of the photo, so there is no return / refund /exchange for color deviation.
